This is a really interesting mix. Lemon is there, but jamine and amber make it less of a fresh citrus scent; it is deeper but still the lemon shines through. Overall the sweetness is restrained. A straightforward but convincing composition. Three hours longevity on me.

"Lemon Alien" ( as this was nicknamed by Evangeline) has a fizzy, effervescent opening, more reminiscent of lemon sherbet than real lemons, to my nose. This accord is quickly joined by the familiar solar jasmine of the original Alien, which is lighter here & much less enveloping. After an hour, l get more of an orangey note, & another hour later a sweet, woody amber. The sillage is good, & it lasts very well at around eight hours. A nice, playful version of Alien, much more suited to summer weather than the original.

A very pleasant summer fragrance. Even though I like it, I really haven't worn it properly yet and I've had it for about a year. Very light but different.

oooooh lovely!! I spritzed this on one wrist, flower by kenzo EDT florale (or whatever the new floral edt is called), and they're very similar indeed, the alien just has much more staying power, and the flower more neroli up top. I hate the original Alien, it is much too much of whatever's in there, but this version I can spray tons of and it never becomes overpowering. Soft, floral, white and clean but always still interesting. A winner!
