Wow, I'm surprised by all the neg. reviews. I love this little flanker, I think because it is targeting the younger crowd it is seen as "juvenile" or a neophyte's scent.

I really like the way this is a "sparkling" type of citrus along with a cool musk. Definitely for hot weather which my part of the world is experiencing right now.

I got it for CHEAP on ebay, a deodorant and a 1 oz. spray bottle, glad I got it.

Sure, it's no formal or date type of wearing scent, well if the date is not a first one, I can understand using it. Think of this as a summer party and work or school wearer.

No need to get down on this one, enjoy!

I supposed it's not as bad as I once thought, deleting my previous review and now updating it, on an overall still boring fragrance.

Receiving this as a gift from a co worker, in a small half oz bottle size, I thought to give it another try.

I do get the tea note on this go-around, as it's accompanied by a sweet tonka bean, and a little sandalwood. It's smooth and subtle, and kinda sorta just smells like a very soft version of the dry down in Polo Red Extreme. You know, very tonka heavy, with a slight coffee note, ya I actually get coffee in this, in the base. Although most people probably wouldn't get it. I mean, it is what it is, a boring fragrance that would make a great gift for someone, because it's cheap, subtle, and mostly inoffensive. Performance, I get maybe 4 hours, most of which it remains a skin scent.

Also, as for tobacco flower, as far as I know, is that tobacco flower is not a real note or ingredient, it's impossible to find in a fragrance oil, and if it is labeled tobacco oil, it probably really isn't. So I can't say there's any in here, but I can say that there is not even a trace of tobacco smell in this fragrance.

York's Peppermint Patty meets cotton candy. Overly sweet, unrefined; just this side of repellent.

This smelled great for five minutes then turned into something I can only liken to vomit. Seriously. This company should just get out of the fragrance business once and for all.

Another Curve flanker?!?! Yes, BUT, this one is well worth the price! It's a very nice tea scent, I say somewhere along the lines of Gucci Pour Homme II but a tad sweeter and with added florals. The opening is great and the drydown is even better!

It opens up with a sharp tea leaf thats very fresh, green, and semi-sweet, but, within 15 minutes or so, the light woods and spice appear and really balance the scent well. Do I smell tobacco? A bit but not too much, which is okay. The scent itself actually reminds me of Arizona Green Tea, but of course a bit deeper than that. Though this fragrance isn't at all complex (as you can tell by the note breakdown) nor groundbreaking, it's still very well done and actually not as synthetic as one may think, especially for a Liz Claiborne fragrance. It's actually very pleasing, rich, and different from most of the things readily available today. The longevity and sillage are wonderful as well! I get 8-10+ hours on my wearings and the well above average projection seems to give me compliments every 5 minutes! For $15-$20 bucks for a 4.2 oz, I'd say that's a deal! My final Rating A-

The opening is, surprisingly, not bad… Curve Connect opens with a wood dominant accord backgrounded by a pleasant floral note. I like it… for the three minutes that the sandalwood / tobacco blossom lasts. All too quickly the tonka becomes dominant and Curve Connect becomes just another of the hundreds of unimaginative, overly sweet, underly complex, indecently unrefined fragrances being offered… all too many of them in the offerings of Liz Claiborne. I get very poor sillage and longevity off my skin. Connect has turned out to be another very typical Liz fragrance. Not a surprise after all.

Nice! Probably the only Liz Claiborne fragrance that I can tolerate. The tobacco sweetened by tea along with a smooth base of woods reminds me of something Bulgari would make - can be found at TJ Maxx or Marshall's in America for 15 bucks, too, so get it while it's cheap! Great longevity and sillage for a fragrance of this caliber.

OK, but uninspiring. Poor longevity and sillage. Smeels good though. I think Curve just simply created a decent fragrance and watered it down.

I've been eyeing Curve Connect since it came out but I did not want to pay the full MSRP. Couple of days ago I decided to to stop by at TJ Maxx and found myself buying a 4.2 oz bottle for only $15.00. I really like most of the Curve products because they are modern and theres a wide variety of them for for my tastes.

I don't understand how this one doesn't have more exposure: smells great, and the drydown smells really natural. The smell lasts a while, and I have gotten a ton of compliments from those of the female persuasion on this 1. It's a definite thumbs up.

i love this. it has no "statement" and just suits my nose and is comfortable and still "wakey wakey".good stuff.as i plow through cheapies trying to read and identify and categorize and define and learn what i like, this one is a total winner, outstripping many, but not boucheron or knowing.

You know what I got to say out of all the different curves they have made I think it's the best one so far( I tried them all.) I really like this one it smells like Chrome Legend ( which is one of my top 10 :) ) but sweeter! It has really well stillage and longtivity too! And most important women like it alot! They ask me "Did you spray somthing? it smells hella good!". And all I haveis a trial size .5 spray and 1oz deodorant, I can't waitto order the complete set next week this is going to be my everday cologne, can't wait to try the aftershave balm! it's helps make the sent last even longer when you layer it. I would highly recommend this colonge............. but to youngermen.......... I don't think really old people would like it much............ but I could be wrong :) so im giving this9/10. Thumbs up!

What an odd mix yet feels like a classic fragrance. "Modern" but has an old school feel to it. I say modern because it's not near strong and ballsy enough to be an 80's powerhouse or a truly smooth and complex tobacco scent. The pyramid is minimal and the scent matches the pyramid. Tea (a citrusy one at that) -> light n' sweet aromatic tobacco that's a tad green -> a typical bitter tonka bean and a very light woody base. Just might be a good stepping stone frag from the fresh aquatics into the stronger scents for a newbie or a younger person. It's a neat play on the original Curve as instead of violet, it's tobacco. Overall, the tobacco really stands out. I was very apprehensive to try my sample I've had around for almost a year but turns out this scent is OK.

This initially smells like an amazing tea based beverage. It's a little sweet, but it really is a pleasant smell. As the tea scent dissipates a problem begins to develop: the sweetness begins to dominate and what meager masculinity that tea leaves so indeed promote vanishes like so many Earth Angel playing Marty McFlys. No matter, it's still a very pleasant, if cloyingly sweet and feminine, fragrance. And then we have the second problem. Curve Connect is nauseating. Maybe it's just me, but this definitely makes my stomach uneasy. So, it's neutral due to the juxtaposition of a terrific smell with feminine nausea. If you don't feel that this is too feminine, and it doesn't make to feel queasy, this might be exactly what you're looking for.

a nice masculine floral which is the best of the curve series. tonka base notes add just enough sweetness as to where it's not an oriental but still floral. very unique and one of the best florals imo.
