Its described as Damascena Rose with fruity, fresh and spicy overtones from the spicy and sweet May Rose (Rosa Centifolia absolute from Grasse). Its Incense adds depth, cinnamon essence, Damascena rose essence, smoked incense
rose and smoked chiaroscuro incense are combined.
The Essence of Damascena rose and rose absolute from Grasse are entwined with pure smoked incense.
I love this juice. The Rose leaps from the skin ala Malle's Portrait of a Lady, but is anchored by the dense smoky incense. It smells as rich as its $300 price tag commands, and I can't wait to get a full bottle (gifting anyone?).
Its definitely a mature PM scent, so for everyday use, I console myself with Bulgari's much quieter Aqua Amara.
