An Elegant, Powdery Cardamom-Based Creation

This fragrance exudes gentlemanly sophistication and is perfectly suited for office wear.

From the first spray, I detect a beautifully powdery cardamom note, subtly accented by iris, suede, and a soft leather nuance in the dry down. While other listed notes may be present, they remain largely undetectable to my nose.

Interestingly, this fragrance reminds me of YSL’s original La Nuit de L’Homme EDT—likely due to the shared prominence of cardamom. However, this version feels more refined and understated.

It’s a very wearable and inoffensive scent that thrives in formal settings. Though projection is soft and intimate, longevity is excellent, lasting a solid 8–12 hours on skin.

Highly recommended for those seeking a quiet, classy presence.

To me, Narciso Rodriguez Bleu Noir Parfum is like mixing the opening of a blue fragrance like Missoni Parfum pour Homme or Versace Dylan Blue, a dash of cardamom, and the iris lipsticky vibe of Dior Homme Intense all together. If this had come out as a Dior Homme flanker, it would've fit right in IMHO.
