Pitched halfway between Oriza Legrand Relique d'Amour and Santa Maria Novella Vaniglia, there's something decided classic and introspective about Oro.
The lily adds a very cool touch to what otherwise would be a warm blend of resins and olibanum/myrhh. It never quite goes full-on liturgical, but there's something aloof about this blend. I can see this being a spectacular choice in springtime.
It's very beautiful and delicate, making for an odd match with the brand's somewhat gaudy posture.
