I blind-bought this, figuring that sage and fir were right up my alley, so how unhappy could I be?

Alas, the persistent apple and sweet fennel notes pull this from herbal/coniferous toward gourmand, which ain’t the house where ah keeps muh wheels. It’s beautifully made, but not as much to my taste as I’d hoped. I think fans of Pineward would eat this up, if they could find a bottle. It’s distinctive enough that I’ll hold onto it for a bit in case my appreciation for this profile grows. But if I could swap it for a bottle of Reader, I wouldn’t hesitate.
