Honestly, I can sum this up by saying this is the flanker (of a flanker) that no one asked for but that everyone should be checking out.

It's a slightly less mineralic more citrus version of Profondo and I'm here for it.

Projection and longevity are on par with the OG Profondo/Profondo EDP, don't be fooled by the fact it's named EDT, it's not a "watered down" Profondo. It wears exceptionally easily and for me there is something in the first hour of this that has a very similar feel to Green Irish Tweed but I can't quite place my finger on it. For what it is, a summer freshie, it feels quite classy.

All in all a really easy going addition to the line. It's not a massively original idea and maybe not essential but definitely worth trying.

It's very similar to the EdP version, with small differences. AdG Profondo EdT is more citrusy and airy, less "salty" and less "mineral" than the EdP. Although AdG Profondo EdP is fresh on its own, this EdT version is just a bit fresher.

The question arises: do you need the EdT if you already have the EdP? Objectively no, but subjectively maybe yes — and I say that as someone who isn’t a huge fan of this line, but also far from a hater. AdG Profondo EdT seems a bit more refined in a way. It's not even weak considering it's an EdT, and at times it even feels less "abrasive" than the EdP.

If you have Profondo EdP, there's no need to rush out and buy Profondo EdT, but it might give you something to think about, because it’s really not that bad. In some ways, it even feels more pleasant at times, and it’s not like it disappears quickly.
