The company says:

Playfully named for being "Aventus-like," this is a relatively traditional take on the Aventus style, but with a much more pronounced pineapple top.

As the description points out, this is Aventus but with the pineapple turned way up. Everyone knows Aventus, so there’s no need to go into the scent profile. What’s important for you to know about this fragrance is how it stacks up against other Aventus-like fragrances. The answer is… very well! Of all the ‘inspired by’ versions, this is my favorite. The other that I enjoy nearly equally is the one done by the original perfumer, with Mystery for Him by Mith. The Mith version also has the pineapple dialed up and is so well done. Where Aventish really starts to separate itself is as they dry down. The perfumer for Aventish kept with high quality ingredients all the way through the base. The end result is a high quality version that wears like a Parfum, keeping its rich scent profile and slowly fading away. Other dupes, like the Mith, rely on some cheaper synth woods to try and boost performance. The problem with that is that when the top and mid notes are gone you’re left with those inferior woods. On my skin, they turn a little funky. However, with Aventish things keep their composure and never get any funkiness to them because of better grade ingredients. Original batches of Aventish lasted about 6-7 hours with a nice scent bubble around you. The version available at the time of this review gives a nice scent bubble for 8-10 hours. Good things are happening with this new indie house! This is certainly worth a sample for anyone who loves Aventus but wants to avoid the high cost.
