Smells exactly like something else I’ve tried and it’s not unisex. It smells like a citrus lavender men’s cologne; Soft and pleasant but nothing like a warm blanket. Maybe this is Armani Code? It's familiar anyway, and fades pretty fast. I'm completely neutral on this one. I think in the end it's kind of a waste of time when I have so many other things that I love. And if I want to wear a flat out men's cologne, I have a dozen or so, topped with my all time fav, Sartorial. So yeah. Pass for me on Wool.

I'm on the fence about Wool but in the end, a thumbs up - it's really a lavender/cedar/vanilla perfume with quickly dissipating citrus top notes that eventually brings out a bit of musk and amber near the end of it's lifespan. It's not bad, but reminds me a bit of Armani Code. It's got that familiar 'walk through the Macys perfume section' ambiance about it because its so familiar, that mish-mash of difference testers in the air.

You really cannot go wrong with this as an office scent or even to gift. It's agreeable, cozy, and non-offensive.

Sweet, airy, powdery. Quite similar to Armani Code which is fine since what is wool supposed to smell like anyway. I'm not a big fan of Code, so just a "neutral" rating for me but I can see how this could be seductive and a personal favorite for some.

Performance is good with decent projection and 8-9 hours longevity.

No idea why this was named "Wool", as it doesn't tweak any memories of sweaters, mittens or toques. This comes across as completely inoffensive; something to wear when you want to remain in the background. To my nose it was soft and powdery throughout, with moderate longevity, but to be honest shortly after applying it I'd forgotten all about it. Meh.

Interesting concept, but it smells nothing like wool. A soft, fairly sweet fragrance. Pleasant, simple. A bit of vanilla and musk in a soft cloud. A slight metallic touch in the dry-down.

I feel about Wool much the same as I do about Corduroy by Ikon - 'Comfort fragrance.' Soft and ambery, slightly spicy but never spiky, small but quite warm projection, sepia-tinged and very inviting. The citrus and herbs are little than facets in the face of the base notes, which linger on like the warmth of an undershirt in Winter. It smells like an alcohol-free bourbon in a way.
