What a wonderful blend of notes! Flowers - not overdone. Coffee, with a splash of milk. Vanilla - everywhere.
This fragrance settles into one of the milkiest, creamiest, thing I've tried of late. Ultra feminine. It's a white, fluffy cloud of sweetness but, not overly sugary.
Later, there is a vague coconut-like note.
In about eight hours it is all vanilla and musk, and it begins to fade. I shall use more sprays in the future to get more longevity, maybe?
Four and a half stars.

Just wish this fragrance projected more and had a bit more oomph. And some longevity.
I waited for quite some time before purchasing a full bottle of Blanche Bete. I decided to go full-bottle because purchasing wee-samples was so darn expensive. And oftentimes, I'm not sure a fragrance gets a "fair shake" when sampling small amounts. Also, everyone raves about Blanche Bete, so I thought, "Why not?"
Not much to add that hasn't already been stated. Blanche Bete is a VERY FEMINIE, soft, ethereal, floral, musk-y, vanilla skin scent.
After the initial opening of milky vanilla, I get lots 'n lots of florals (tuberose, jasmine) and powdery musk on my skin. There are some light, milky notes going on. But for me, I experience florals and musk. And powdery iris.
Zero silage, zero projection. A very intimate, barely there skin scent. But very very pretty.
EDITED TO ADD: After wearing this for a bit, I detect a very sour, somewhat off-putting base note many hours into the dry down. Not sure of the note. In some regards, it DOES smell like soured, skim milk. Soured milk and musk. Not a fan of this note, for sure. This landing note lasts FOREVER, especially on fabric. This note changes the entire fragrance experience for me. Not so sure about BB now...

Milk and powdery flowers. Sweet, but only cloying because the milk note is pretty true and combined with the flowers it's a challenge. It's not BAD per se, but I still had to scrub it off. Smooth powdery milky scent for those who can tolerate it. Not for me.
This smells like an attempt at a Gucci Rush/Clive Christian X homage that goes horribly wrong and veers instead into warm leftover milk at the bottom of a bowl of Fruit Loops territory. Insert green-faced barf emoji here.
