Latest Reviews of Comme une Evidence
Cottony neo-victorian floral patchouli with a soapy dreamy soul. Rosey, light and poetic. The rose-lily of the valley accord, initially earthy and angular, slides gradually towards a balmy exotic patchouli quite romantic and airy-fairy. Yves Rocher Comme une Evidence is a gracious suave floral accord. The body lotion is a balmy dream. An "easy" shy little pearl by Annick Menardo.
Clean, crisp rose centerpiece with an earthy combo of lily of the valley & patchouli. It's almost soapy, rather subtle, and appropriate for virtually any occasion. You won't necessarily be making any statements with this fragrance, but it's safe, reliable, feminine, and pleasant.

There are many versions of "Comme une Evidence" around. My version is Eau de Parfum.
The notes on the box say:
essential oils of patchouli, bergamot and petitgrain, rose and jasmine absolutes
There is one limited version which has exactly those notes, but my box or bottle don't say anything about LE, nor do the box or bottle match mine.
My version smells rather soft and I would not be surprised if the often mentioned lily-of-the-valley was one of the ingredients (maybe it's the bergamot and the petitgrain) but the patchouli has too strong of a hold in the background so that I can not detect the rose and jasmine, only something "floral". Too bad.

I always get compliments when I wear this! I was initially attracted to the violet leaf in the composition but have since learned that violet turns peculiar on me. Just as well that the violet in comme use evidence after a first blast goes away and other florals take it's place. And they're pretty! Not sugary but springlike smells, lily of the valley, Jasmine, Rose, and is that Tonka to anchor it all? Comme use Evidence doesn't Make a Statement, but one doesn't tire of it, it's not novel, it doesn't shout I just love it for saying one thing, 'I love flowers and I love smelling like them'.
I've worn this perfume for years and years. I really love it! I do not wear it at the moment. sometimes it can get a little heavy or to present.
It is a good en sensual smell.

One of few perfumes that stays true on my skin and continues to smell nice. There's also a A FRESHER, MORE RADIANT VERSION OF COMME UNE ÉVIDENCE Comme une Évidence Eau de Toilette. When I wear either of these I'll usually get compliments. The scents don't last a long time on my skin though, and I have to refresh it during the day. I have a lot of allergies, so it's nice to be able to find a perfume/cologne I can handle.
