This is so lovely, what a refreshing break from familiar designer fragrances!
I tried this in a consignment shop today, and there were also home products in the vicinity. The entire place smelled like fresh salty air.
The citruses are absolutely beautiful, they're crisp and hesperidic, and although this probably could be "based out" a little more, the opening is one of the best I've smelled in a while and I did almost purchase this on the spot (even thoughI truly am on a no-buy).
"Laurel" is such an interesting note, and although I have a large laurel bush in my yard, I don't think this smells exactly like it, but it also doesn't *not* smell of it. It is very, very green and extremely clean.
There's some cedar, and the combo is reminiscent of Light Blue, but it's a bit rougher and adds a little more masculinity. This is absolutely unisex IMO, whereas LB is like 2/3 femme (who gives a darn though, wear whatever you love).
There's a similar saltiness to Old Navy Sea Salt and Fig, and it also is in the same class as Aeropostle Promise Me. I don't need another salty freshie (plus, Womanity is queen), so I left without it. However...aside from longevity issues, I truly recommend this.
