Blue bottle, funky lid, underrated. Go out and try it. Fresh, cool and different.
Its creator, Alberto Morillas, compares the scent to an elegant white shirt: "Fresh and clean when you put it on in the morning, comfortable all day, masculine."

A nice attempt at a L’homme signature fragrance, being a fresh, versatile masculine blend as opposed to showcasing any particular notes. Full credit for originality too, though remaining very mass appealing. This one needs a bit of over-application as there is a base awaiting to serve a subtle trail for many hours if it is built up.
It's a fresh, clean, manly (without over doing it) smell. Says to me, "he can hold your hand and change your tire"
A Confindent and considerate type of man

On my skin this just smells confused and undistinguished. Not unpleasant but quite unmemorable. I think you can remember a good scent in your imagination; not with this one. When you can buy a scent for £20 for 100ml from a house like Lanvin you know it hasn't been a success. Best thing about it is the smart bottle which looks good on a bathroom shelf - where it will gather dust.
Blind buy. The aquaticness in it is OK but as a whole it's too orangy and at the same time too spicy.
The intense blasts of pepper are off putting.
Even if this would be toned down, it would lack the citrus that suits this genre of fragrances. The more recent 'Lanvin l'Homme Sport' is better in this regard.
Other than that this one's just too rough of a mixture.
The notes are too contrasting and there's nothing there too make them blend in with eachother better. I don't get any vanilla nor lavender at all nor could it have saved it. Not for me, more for those with a love for pungent. Or those with crude taste.
The 'Sport' version is more mellow and a bit better all round.

Summer scent only! Didn't like this at first but it grew on me and i totally got it. It was a really good go to right out of the shower
There are only 2 EDT's one needs in their scent wardrobe. Lanvin L'Homme for day and Lanvin Avant Garde for evening. L'Homme is what natural is. Soft, pure, refreshing. It is not a celeb endorsed, drugstore sold harsh mix of chemicals. It is natural and what the human body responds to. Lemon, mandarin is the opening. Subtle. It graduates to a clean linen freshness; hence, the crisp white shirt analogy. Perfect for the office. All understated. Buying this at a good price is only the cherry on top.
