Monsoon Tea captures the tranquil moment of savoring green tea after a rainstorm. A pleasant green tea scent with a prominent petitgrain note. The citrus in the opening is brief, fading quickly into a softer mid and base where the tea weakens, leaving behind light vetiver and musk. I feel like I’ve smelled this before—it’s pleasant and inoffensive, but ultimately not that memorable.

The drydown leans a bit too generic for my taste, but the opening is quite nice. I get why some say it smells like cucumber water—that fresh, watery accord shows up early and lingers throughout the wear. It’s not overly vegetal, not too green, and doesn’t remind me of rain or petrichor—just faint vetiver and cucumber water floating in the background. Best suited for summer, but it’ll need reapplication every few hours. Nice, but not particularly compelling.
