Cloying, rather insipid yet at the same time quite aggressive. Gave me a headache... And, of course, unreasonable overpriced...

A lovely tart lemon & grapefruit opening gives way within a few minutes to a ripe & juicy mango. There are hints of coconut rice humming along beneath, but this never becomes prominent for me, & l don't detect the jasmine at all. The mango sticks around for about four hours, before sinking into a sweetish tonka base, the projection is low, & it's barely hanging on five hours in.

l confess myself disappointed with this one. Having hoped for a rich & sticky rice pudding, l got mainly mango with just a grain or two of rice on the side. lf you love mango, you'd probably adore this, as long as you're prepared to keep reapplying.

Opens with prickly citrus. Kilian lists the notes as lemon and grapefruit, which might seem to suggest a certain sweetness, but to my nose the citrus here is bitter and pithy and quite stringent. In short time the mango arrives and it’s gone a bit rotten - fruity but no longer juicy sweet, more alcoholic. And the whole experience is blanketed in powdered rice. So very powdery. Chokes the throat a bit. When reduced to a skin scent, the tonka bean alone remains, giving a subtle toasted vibe. This stage is nice, quite cozy.

Overall, I would describe this fragrance as soapy. Fancy hotel bathroom bar soap. Intensely clean, luxurious, but the aldehydes are too prominent for MiH to be truly wearable.

Moonlight in Heaven is a funky combo. It's a mix of a sweet rice pudding with lush tropical white flowers. For as unique and possibly risky concoction as this, I do think it works out fairly well. The florals and the sweet rice and coconut notes combine in a way that is certainly smooth, warm, powdery and pleasant. I don't think its for me though. It comes off a bit too feminine for my tastes. Worth a sample.

Creamy citrus opening. A bit soapy. Light. My skin really absorbs this perfume, for some reason. Perhaps too much. Heart notes remind me of a tropical-flavored, rice pudding. a jasmine note, quickly follows. The jasmine sambac dominates the heart. Only a faint Tonka do I smell, in the base. Rather tame for my taste.

Meh, 2 stars.

Light coconut with a floral note that smells pretty good. The initial spray was not as good as the base and drydown. Like the citrus and fruity aspect of this one. 7.5/10
