Latest Reviews of Power
Power by 50 Cent is surprisingly good, especially given its affordable price. I really enjoy the combination of pepper, woods, and patchouli, which evokes an old-school masculine vibe. In terms of performance and longevity, it lasts above average—about 6 to 7 hours on my skin and around 8 hours on clothing. Would I repurchase Power once my 50ml bottle is finished? I think I might do so. I definitely recommend checking it out; give it a try!
This one is weird.
I got it blind because it was so cheap and decided, “what the hell, I used to listen to 50 cent.”
The initial spray actually smells pretty good. Someone here described it as both sporty yet spicy and that’s the perfect way to describe it. It definitely starts off strong with the black pepper with an hint of sweetness and dries down to a musky scent.
Unfortunately, it smells kind of cheap and it doesn’t last very long. I think I got about four hours out of it. It’s one of those scents that I feel like has been done much better by many different houses.
If you see it at a super discount, it may be worth just picking up to have it but otherwise I’d rather wear something else. I wore it for about 3 weeks straight and haven’t touched it since.

Back when I was on a pepper-forward scent search, I purchased a small, capless bottle on ebay for dirt cheap, including shipping. I get a peppery-citrus-spicy fragrance with okay performance. It's nice, but not one I'll be replacing. Mild recommend.
Not a bad cologne

Power by 50 Cent has a fresh opening from which I get mainly an appleish accord, even though apple is not one of the listed notes. The opening is pleasant, but it's in the drydown that I'm confused by where it's going. I'm left with a mix of musk, woods, and unappealing fruit that I cannot really stomach. Overall not a terrible scent but the dry down is just undesirable to me. Projection and longevity are limited but that's to expected at its price (about $15 for 100ml on FragranceNet). Not a recommended fresh cheap option from me but it does seem to have favorable reviews which is why I blind bought it, myself.
