Sofia

I do enjoy some white florals done in a sprightly, airborne style, even if they inevitably also smell quite synthetic. They can feel like spring is sprung and cool, fluffy white clouds are tracing a path across a bright blue sky. Sofia is an orange blossom and jasmine duet in this vein, though it conjures up impressions of mimosas and lindens and other wiry blossoms that shake their scent into a passing breeze. The touch of honey is thin, a floral nectar, and not cloying. I'm sure parts of this will remind people of air fresheners and shampoos, but I really appreciate the lit-up yet cool feel of it, a respite for hot weather. Not a perfume of any great consequence but quietly pleasurable.
