I used the Vetyver "deodorant spray EDT" extensively back in the day, but needed Scents of South Jersey on YouTube to point out the existence of the proper EDT. For the €6 it costs, I was expecting a super synthetic mess. Well, is it?
This is surprisingly pleasant, masculine, and dry, quite linear throughout with citrus, pine, and smoky vetiver. There might be more, but that's all I get. It's basically a clone of modern Dunhill Edition; not to be confused with vintage Dunhill Edition which was complex and long-lasting.
Performance of Malizia is moderate at best, but just as bad as the current watered-down Dunhill Edition, which costs at least 4 times more, making Malizia a much better bang for buck.
The bottle is tall with a narrow footprint and topples easily, but thankfully it's very light so a domino effect with larger bottles is unlikely to happen. It only comes in 50ml, so you can tell it's made to be chucked into a gym bag or beach bag, which explains why the bottle is so bloody hideous. I'll definitely place it at the very back of the display shelf. In a box. Hidden inside a false bottom drawer.
Masculinity Level: Brad Pitt as the ex green beret in Once Upon A Time in Hollywood.

Malizia Uomo Vetyver Is a very likeable masculine green scent. It is a woody, herbal vetiver that has some slight floral qualities to it. It has a very classic masculine feel about it. The fragrance lasts a good 5 or 6 hours on my skin with arm length projection. A very decent scent with good performance and at this price point it is great value for money. I think it is a very versatile scent and could be a reasonable signature scent. I feel this scent can be worn casually or when one is more dressed up. A solid 4/5 for me, Malizia Uomo Vetyver fits well in my collection.

Awesome budget vetiver, in the same vein as Givenchy Vetiver.
Sure, performance is not beast mode, or anywhere near it. But for the price, just overspray, and/or respray.
This is a clean, bright, fizzy-ish vetiver. Nothing sharp, earthy, or rooty to offend the public around you.

This is a very herbal Italian soliflore vetiver fragrance with only the note of green, herbal vetiver and little else. It's actually quite pleasant and leans very masculine. Like most Italian herbal fragrances, I think I detect the scent of thyme as well. The vetiver in this is slightly spicy, slightly dirty, green, and very herbal. There is no sweetness whatsoever in this. For a soliflore fragrance, sillage is surprisingly moderate leaning strong while longevity is mild at around only 3 hours before becoming a skin scent. Longevity issues nonwithstanding, this is still a nice inexpensive Italian-style vetiver fragrance with basically only vetiver in it.

very weak skin scent. Too bad as has a nice smell but lasts like an hour.
Are the others by them any good? gold/silver/musk?

I feel a bit out of place being the first to give this a thumbs down, as I am among far more educated noses than myself here, and this was also recommended to me by one such member on here whose opinions I value and whose suggestions and reviews have been very helpful to me. All of this leads me to wonder if perhaps I'm victim to a more recent formulation that falls short? In any case, I've been trying to come up with how to explain just why this one doesn't work for me. I know it doesn't fit my usual powerhouse or thereabouts preferences, but for example I sometimes particularly during the summer enjoy wearing Acqua Di Gio from time to time as a refreshing departure from my usual, so I think I can usually appreciate a fragrance for whatever it is in itself including if it's outside my personal preferences or even something that I feel doesn't fit me and I wouldn't wear. In other words, I'd at least like to think I'm capable of a fair, "It's nice, just not for me." This one though, no matter where I try to place it, it just doesn't seem to work, I honestly just can't find any appreciation for it. If it has a voice, I just don't get it.
