I pretty like it, it is a perfect male perfume for all age. For young male, it combines vibes of positivity and trustworthiness; for middle-aged adult, it stands for a reliable male.
This perfumes begins the fresh and sweet smell of lemon and a little sharpness of ginger. This is also the smell that lingers all the time. Later, floral and woody smell leaks from the aroma of lemon. And it ends with milky smell and sweetness of amber.

Lots of citrus and florals. Clean and office safe, but unremarkable. Highly unisex. Just smells like a nice hand soap.

Projection isn't much, longevity is just okay. Performance is fleeting, so a few extra sprays will be my recommendation for wearing.

Cloying and sweet with none of the freshness of the cologne. Eventually it settles down to a subtle yummy creamy shadow of the EDT but its not nice enough to warrant going through that horrible open and mid.

Longevity is a bit better but if you are a guy then the EDT is the sharp masculine fresh all year round signature scent. The EDP is probably the more unisex version. Shame on you Hermes trying to cater to political correctness and producing a turkey (relative to the masculine EDT) when it could have been a drier stronger version of the EDT. And EDT intense or black not an EDT dolled up and tutti fruity.

I have a lot of perfumes in my collection and I've smelled 100's of samples. This EDP-strength version of Voyage d'Hermes is my absolute favorite. It's a very cedar and cardamom scent.

Voyage d'Hermes Parfum comes across as a restrained aromatic spicy woods scent.

It starts with a dominance of cardamom and a bare whiff of green juniper. Next to the subtle warm wood note, there is a slightly sweet presence - perhaps the amber - that starts to crawl out, and overall Voyage d'Hermes Parfum feels like a mystical experience that is heady and classy.

I do see this Parfum being appropriate for both men and women: It has enough of a masculine edge with the woods, and it has a muted pseudo-floral angle that can work on ladies, if they don't mind that controversial cardamom that remains front and center here.

A fresh, thought-provoking scent overall.
