This is a surprisingly good scent. This is a linear scent to my nose. I also find that as the scent heads towards the dry down it becomes a drier woody scent. I mean it is like dehydrated wood notes dry... I do like it a lot and find it to be a pleasant fall / winter scent. Enjoy!

Synthetic I have tried for years to get this, and I still come up with a flowery perfume and WD40. It changes over time but to a less intense version. For me nothing about this is special. It is plastic-y, synthetic and feminine. Not for me. Pros: Lasts several hoursCons: Synthetic

Quite a decent synthetic aromachemical soup, with prominent notes of mandarin and melon, a hefty dollop of ISO e-super and a long-lived cedar/amber drydown. Not particularly original but good for the bargain bin price. On the sweet side but not suffocatingly so, light enough for summer.

VV MAN by Roberto Verino:With a gorgeous Eighties-era bottle–an orange glass flacon encased in an amber plastic container, all very hard-edged and transparent in shades of cinnabar red, orange, and rose–VV Man harks back to an even earlier era, when Pierre Cardin and Courreges ruled the catwalks with festive fun and space-age energy. Roberto Verino's VV Man has an allure not unlike one of those Richard Neutra homes in Palm Springs: everything old is new again, and better for time's passage. The juice opens with a heavenly burst of melon cut by cardamom–then passes through a kind of Sixties floral bouquet, before settling into a peaceful patchouli and amber base. There's something Studio 54 about this fragrance–a kind of mash-up of scents that evokes the upstairs of that fabled club where Halston, Andy, and Calvin are snorting lines amidst a profusion of candles, flowers, and incense–and general hilarity. Given VV Man's unfamiliarity to the masses, a person could easily make this his or her personal fragrance.

A wonderfully fresh yet powdery oriental woodsy scent. Starts off herbal but not "spice drawer" herbal. More woodsy that anything and lasts for most of the day.

Surprisingly good unknown fragrance (stateside at least) by Spanish designer Roberto Verino. Tried it on a whim and have now added it to my top 5. Opening starts off a bit melony, then slowly becomes this sort of light floral (yet masculine) woody scent. Very inoffensive. Perfect for around the office, but can also be worn casually. One of the safer scents around. Highly recommended.
