Thumbs up. I’m surprised by these reviews and three stars. My additions are that I find the green notes to prevail slightly over the amber facet. But boy, oh boy, that amber/vanilla is heavenly….(similar to Ani’s, but fewer woodsy aroma chemicals). It’s more vanillic and powdery.I am smitten with this.

I reallllly wish this projected more, overall, but especially during the amber phase. The amber sits close to the skin, ultimately giving way to a heap of sweet powder beginning in the early dry down. It’s a nice juxtaposition of green and warm. This will be good during a late spring and early fall seasonal transition.

The Ambra ‘show’ ends all too quickly, too. But damn it’s good while it lasts! I don’t think this is worth the retail price, but discounted, it’s worth a sniff.

A perfect balance of sweet tart fresh bergamot and green galbanum and I love both bergamot and galbanum.... so together is fantastically stunning.

Lasts on the skin for above average and stays with the green scent with some nice sweetness coming from the vanilla notes.
I think this is awesome..... if you like sweet tart green give this one a try.

The fragrance opens with a bright and refreshing bergamot note accompanied by a touch of jasmine that adds a subtle floral nuance. It's a perfect scent for the warmer seasons, offering an uplifting and airy feeling. However, the price point of NIshane fragrances might not be justified for a scent with a relatively simple composition like this one.

Tangy popsicle...the good ones. Refreshingly green with sweet gourmand undertones. Not our typical green, fresh scent, and still can be a summer staple. Although it shines in winters. Good one. Pretty unique with good strength and sillage.

The opening is expressing mainly green notes; these green notes have quite a herbal undertone. There are light touches of bergamot present at times that tilt the top notes towards a certain freshness, although a restrained freshness - this is not a refreshing summer Cologne.

Galbanum in a substantial addition in the drydown, adding a touch of spiciness that is applied very light-handedly, as is the gentle amber impression that is the other notable addition in the heart notes. This all is linked with an overarching fine and discreet layer of jasmine.

All this continues into the base, which is not very distinctly separated from the heart except for the development of a rather unexciting vanilla. This scent is never really very sweet or cloying.

I get soft sillage, reasonable projection and four hours of longevity on my skin.

Pleasant to some extent in spring, this is a light and very gentle amber creation, which is too generic to really warrant a positive score. 2.5/5.

Nishane Ambra Calabria is a light, fresh, fruity, green amber that isn't that deep or interesting to my nose. Certainly a departure from a resinous, gourmand-like amber, one might expect something akin to Tom Ford Rive D'Ambre but Ambra Calabria is surely a bit heavier-handed with some of the spicy and herbal elements and is not so purely fresh and warm-weather-leaning as Rive D'Ambre, for one.

Rather, Ambra Calabria starts out fresh and green with bergamot and "green notes" and then hits a more interesting spicy/floral stop with galbanum and coriander, before landing on a base of musk, vanilla, and ambergris. It certainly sounds like it could be interesting, but it comes off rather stale on my skin.

Not a bad performer but nothing special. Not a fragrance I'll be pursuing further but I'm sure it works well for some.
