Yet another sensible release from Ex Nihilo, Cologne 352 dares no one, achieves very little, and delivers a whole lot of "oh, this is nice" for over $200 US retail. The lily of the valley is its only point of interest, but that isn't quite enough to keep me engaged. The smell of starched shirts and fresh laundry are nice enough, but scents like this elicit little enthusiasm from me, and if I would ever hanker them, they are a plentiful in well under the 100 dollar range.

Cologne 352 is a socially acceptable, indistinct form of conspicuous consumption.

A more synthetic smelling version of any number of Atelier Cologne offerings at double the price. Best avoided, though it lasts for ages...

I love the opening. This is the best juniper berry note I've ever smelled in a fragrance. This starts with citrus and juniper and is so sharp...it could cut you if you move the wrong way. My problem with this fragrance is that it starts sharp throughout the wear. Okay, so it does mellow a little bit, but there is a relentlessness that wore me out after about 10 hours. I can't believe I'm complaining about longevity in a fragrance???!!!! That is so weird...but, I got olfactory fatigue with this frag after a while. Cologne 352 is so well made. It just vibrates class and expertise. It is also extremely expensive, and one must love, love, love it to invest in a full bottle. I like it a lot, and I appreciate the accomplishment it represents, but I don't know if I'll wear it enough to justify the full bottle treatment, never the less, this is an amazing eau de cologne...simply stunning. In fact, it's so "stunning" that I went 10 rounds with it and it TKO'd me...I'm stunned. Still a thumbs up, but get a sample...do not blind buy this one...

Received a free sample of C352 with a purchase. This is a very nice smelling EdC with touches of green and floral heart notes over a woody-musk base. It's very well blended but has an unmistakable undertone of orange blossom and rose. There's a natural smelling green element and the woods and musk are clean, yet warming. Sillage is below the average, but you can tell there's no synthetic amplification going on, which is highly acceptable in my opinion. I got about 6 hours of light scent on a dry 85 degree day.

I like C352 and am impressed with the quality but can't justify the price. For those who can, this is a good fragrance.

As near as I can tell this is the perfect eau de cologne fragrance. Ex Nihilo got everything in here you might want in an Eau for spring or summer - floating florals, clean citrus, crisp greens, translucent woods. I prefer Cologne 352 to Creed Jardin d' Amalfi or Guerlain Cologne Imperiale - although those are very good as well. 352 is just very versatile and the purity and quiet presence in the ingredients is astounding. Well worth the price!

HOMERUN!! I've found my frontrunner for the spring and summer!! Juniper berry is awesome in this fragrance! Ex Nihilo did a fantastic job of mixing Musk with greens and berries! Longevity was 15 hours(outlasted a workout and shower), sillage was great as well. Call Chely at Bergdorf to get samples.
